RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every Artifact contains a spark of the Monad. It can always return to it.

EU Customers — 14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date of reception to request a return. The item must be unworn, unused, with its original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, contact us at orders@abraxaszero.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Rest of World Outside the European Union, all sales are final. Defects and damages are covered worldwide — see below.

Damages & Defects — Worldwide Inspect your order upon arrival. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will resolve it at no cost to you, anywhere in the world.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at orders@abraxaszero.com.
